We Offer Fee-for-Service Dentistry
What is Fee-for-Service Dentistry?
Fee-for-service dentistry is a simple, transparent way to receive dental care. Instead of your treatment being dictated by insurance rules, you pay directly for the care you receive. This allows our team at Brio Dental to focus on what’s best for you—not what an insurance company decides is covered.
Insurance can still be used if you have it, but it’s optional, not a requirement.
How Brio Dental Uses the Fee-for-Service Model
At Brio Dental, this new fee-for-service approach is designed to put our patients first and make dental care more flexible and stress-free.
Here’s how it works:
- Insurance is welcome, but not required: We accept insurance and will help submit electronic claims on your behalf—even if we’re not in-network with your plan.
- You pay Brio Dental directly: Payment is made upfront or through an established payment plan, so there are no surprise bills later.
- You get reimbursed directly by your insurance (if applicable): If your insurance covers part of your treatment, the reimbursement comes straight to you. We handle the paperwork to make this easy.
- Clear, fair, and transparent pricing: Costs are explained in advance, so you know exactly what to expect and can make informed decisions about your care.
Why Many Patients Love Fee-for-Service Dentistry
Insurance plans often come with limitations—such as annual maximums, waiting periods, or restrictions on certain procedures. Fee-for-service dentistry removes those barriers.
With our Fee-for-Service model, you benefit from:
- Personalized treatment plans: Your care is based on your needs, not insurance rules.
- Greater flexibility and freedom: Get the treatment you need, when you need it—without delays or denials.
- Higher quality, patient-centered care: More time, attention, and treatment options focused entirely on your long-term oral health.
Our fee-for-service model is about choice, clarity, and quality care—giving you control over your dental health while still supporting you with insurance reimbursements when available.
